  • Do not include loose, undamaged components like the bag, handles or flying line or any loose spars.
  • Return your kite in a clean & dry (free of sand) condition.
  • Ensure that your kite is properly packaged, stamped, addressed and insured (in case of loss).

Mellow cannot accept responsibility for kites that fail to arrive or are damaged in transit.
